The Beach Club Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings.
Payment
You will be asked to guarantee your booking, or where indicated make a full prepayment 14 days prior to arrival date , with a debit or credit card including your 3 digit security code. We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Visa Debit.
Bookings
All rates quoted are per room per night including VAT. Meals and services are included only where specified.
Where the booking permits, any change to arrival or departure date or room type is subject to availability at the time of the change. This may result in a possible rate change.
Rooms are subject to availability. In the exceptional circumstances where we may have to cancel your booking, we will tell you as soon as possible, and offer you alternative accommodation of the same standard, or higher, or offer a full refund.
Prepayment and cancellation
Reservations made prior to 1st June 2020, directly with the hotel
Cancellable Bookings: We have a flexible cancellation policy, bookings may be cancelled at least 14 days prior to check in and the deposit will be refunded in full.
Non-cancellable Bookings: Under the present circumstances, your booking may be cancelled / re-scheduled. Your deposit will be converted into a gift voucher, which can be used anytime over the next 2 years.
Please note that for group bookings of 5 or more rooms, we operate a 30 day cancellation policy.

General
Check in is from 3pm and check out is 11am. Rooms are serviced anytime between 8am and 4pm. Baggage can be stored if you arrive early and your room is not ready..
Please let us know if you have special requests, whilst every effort will be made to fulfil your requests, these cannot be guaranteed.
Car parking is available subject to availability; your room booking does not guarantee a parking space. Parking your car is entirely at your own risk and we cannot accept responsibility for theft or damage to your vehicle or other property howsoever caused.
Our hotel complies with the access requirements of disability legislation, but please note we do not have a lift between floors. If you have particular requirements please inform us at the time of booking so we can advise appropriate room availability.
Due to the risk of allergies, dirt & damage, we regrettably do not accept pets.
A tray charge will apply to all meals taken in your room. Breakfast times may vary at weekends and to accommodate special events. Please contact the hotel if you have specific dietary requirements.
Smoking is not permitted in any part of the hotel, including all bedrooms. If this is ignored a deep cleaning charge of £75.00 per room will be made. If the next occupant refuses to accept the room, you will be liable for the cost of the alternative accommodation as well.
Improvements, maintenance and changes to hotel facilities and grounds take place throughout the year. We will always do our best to ensure guests are not inconvenienced. No compensation will be paid if a facility is not available.
We welcome all comments, positive and negative. Guest’s comments are invaluable and help us maintain and improve standards of service and facilities offered. We wish to know of any dissatisfaction or suggestions whilst you are with us.
